Sodick Deutschland Kicks Off 2026 with EDM Wire Technology Workshop
Sodick Europe highlights a successful start to the year for Sodick Deutschland, following the first joint workshop of 2026 held in collaboration with Berkenhoff GmbH (bedra).
The workshop, titled “Berkenhoff EDM Wires on Sodick Machines”, took place at the Berkenhoff Competence Center and brought together customers and industry professionals for a full day of practical insight, technical discussion, and knowledge sharing.
The event focused on demonstrating how optimal results can be achieved on Sodick EDM machines through the correct selection and application of bedra premium wire electrodes, all manufactured in Germany. Attendees gained hands-on insight into performance, process optimisation, and cost efficiency in real-world machining environments.
